摘    要:高炉出铁场作为炼铁厂主要污染源,其除尘节能工作非常重要,通风除尘是高炉除尘的主要方式.宝钢分公司4#高炉的除尘系统在总结前3座高炉经验的基础上从工艺流程、风量分配等方面做出多项改进和创新.铁口区域除尘设计时加强密封性能,缩小除尘空间,采用了新型铁口区顶吸罩以及龙卷风式除尘,合并一、二次除尘,从而达到"铁口强力抽风"的效果;摆动流嘴采取两侧对角抽吸的方式;在关键部位选择安装调节阀,通过控制开度实现风量在不同铁口间和不同除尘点间的精细调节.运行一年来效果良好.

Abstract:Blast furnace casthouse is always a main pollution source in ironmaking plants.Its dedusting and energy-saving is of great importance,and its dust removal by ventilation is always a main mode.Based on the experience from the previous three BFs,Baosteel Branch No.4 BF's dedusting system has made a lot of improvements and innovations in its process flow,air volume distribution,etc.When the dedusting design at the casthouse was made,the leak tightness was strengthened,and space for dedusting was saved.A new dust cover above the taphole and dust removal in a tornado way were used to finish dedusting at one time,so as to achieve an effect of powerful dedusting at the casthouse.Dust ventilation tubes auound the tilting trough were set up in diagonal way at both sides.Some adjusting valves were installed in the key positions,and air volume is controlled precisely at different tapholes and dedusting spots with switches.In fact,the dedusting system ran smoothly in the past year.
