摘    要:
根据6.3MVA矿热炉短网铜排温度的增高,导体电阻增大,使单位电耗增加的情况,对其进行了改进;并对改进前后进行了分析比较、推导计算,说明降低短网温度,具有节约电能、提高产品产量等诸多优点。

Abstract:
The short network of 6.3MVA submerged arc furnace was improved due to the increased electric resistance and unit electricity consumption by the increased short network temperature. The comparison and calculation show that deducing short network temperature can save electric energy and increase output.
