某红土矿原矿沉降试验研究

摘    要:对某红土矿原矿进行的沉降试验研究考察了矿浆浓度、温度以及添加絮凝剂对红土矿沉降性能的影响。结果表明在自然沉降条件下矿浆浓度越大,沉降速度越慢,温度则对矿浆沉降有促进作用;矿浆浓度和温度对絮凝剂的沉降效果有影响,当矿浆浓度为5%~7%,温度为60℃时,絮凝剂的沉降效果最好;最佳絮凝剂为665s,用量为60~80 g/t。

Abstract:In this paper, through the experimental study on settlement of a laterite ore, we looked at the effect of pulp concentration, temperature and add the flocculant settling performance of laterite ore.The results showed that under the condition of natural sedimentation when the slurry concentration is larger, the settling velocity is slower, temperature has a promoting effect on the pulp settling; the slurry concentration and temperature have influence on the sedimentation effect of flocculant, when the concentration of 5-7%, temperature of 60 centigrade , can get the best flocculant sedimentation effect; the optimum flocculant was 665s, the best dosage was 60-80g/t.
