陶瓷抛光污泥的烘干分级及其细粉作混凝土掺和料的研究

摘    要:本文在介绍了已用于工业生产的陶瓷抛光污泥立式烘干分级系统的基础上,将陶瓷抛光污泥细粉用于混凝土掺和料,研究了其对水泥胶砂强度、混凝土工作性能以及强度的影响。试验结果表明:陶瓷抛光污泥细粉可替代部分传统矿物掺和料应用于混凝土材料,既在一定程度上解决了混凝土矿物掺合料供应匮乏的问题,又实现了陶瓷抛光污泥的大规模处理和利用。

Abstract:Based on the introduction of the vertical drying classification system for ceramic polishing sludge which has successfully been used in industrial production, effects of the fine powder of ceramic polishing sludge as concrete admixture on strength of cement mortar, workability and strength of concrete are studied. Results show that the fine powder of ceramic polishing sludge can replace part of traditional mineral admixtures used in concrete, not only solve the problem of lack of supply of concrete mineral admixture to some extent, but also achieve large-scale treatment and utilization of ceramic polishing sludge.
