| 摘 要： | 指出了煤炭工业可持续发展面临的主要问题:资源保障力不高;供应体系不稳定;环境污染严重;承受的社会压力大;人才缺乏;发展的制度、政策环境相对较差.提出了解决这些问题的对策:提高资源保障力;保持稳定的供给能力;提高技术创新能力;努力提升经济实力;建立稳定可靠的安全力;保持清洁的环境力;改善制度、政策和社会环境.
