| 摘 要： | 针对汽车车灯反射器配光面片手工造型时效率不高的问题,开发了自动生成与调节配光面片的逆向建模,实现配光面片逆向造型的自动化。实验证明,逆向建模可以大大提高面片的过点精度和造型效率。

| Abstract: | A reverse molding method for auto-generating and adjusting light distribution surface sheet was developed to replace inefficient handmolding of the product. Auto-reverse molding of light distribution surface sheet was achieved. The experiment showed that reverse molding can greatly increase the precision of point-establishment and raise the efficiency of molding. |
