| 摘 要： | 热熔黏合防水透湿复合织物采用湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶为黏合剂,将防水透湿薄膜与织物层压复合而制得.文中对该产品的纤维材质、面料组织规格和表面特性、雕刻辊的规格和黏合工艺等生产因素,对复合织物黏合效果的影响进行了分析,指出了生产中常见问题,给出了解决方法.

| Abstract: | Waterproof and moisture permeable composite fabric is produced by laminating the waterproof and moisture permeable film and fabric with a moisture-curing polyurethane hot-melt adhesive.Effects of fiber composition,fabric specification and surface performance,engraved roller and bonding process on laminated fabric production are discussed. |
