有机钢筋阻锈剂在混凝土中的阻锈性能及其对混凝土性能的影响

摘    要:采用半电池电位和线性极化法监测钢筋在掺有有机钢筋阻锈剂的混凝土中的锈蚀时间,研究有机钢筋阻锈剂在混凝土中的阻锈性能,并研究阻锈剂对混凝土工作性能、力学性能、抗渗性能、干燥收缩和水泥水化热的影响。研究结果表明:该有机钢筋阻锈剂能降低钢筋的腐蚀速率,延长钢筋发生锈蚀的时间,具有优良的阻锈效果。掺入该阻锈剂后,混凝土的工作性能有一定程度的改善,抗氯离子渗透性能得到提高,水泥水化热略有降低,收缩也略有减小,对混凝土的抗压强度基本没有影响。

Abstract:Time-to-corrosion of an organic corrosion inhibitor in concrete was monitored through linear polarization resistance and half-cell potential method.The influence of corrosion inhibitor on general concrete handling,performance and durability properties were also investigated.Results indicated that the corrosion inhibitor significantly delayed the onset of corrosion and reduced the rate of corrosion of reinforcing steel.The shrinkage of concrete,penetration of chlorides and hydration heat were also slightly decreased.Moreover,the inhibitor was found to have little effect on the compressive strength of concrete.
