| 摘 要： | 从ISO9000系列标准贯彻和认证需要出发，论述了热处理全面质量控制的意义和内容，对人员素质，作业环境，设备及仪表，工艺材料和槽液，热处理工艺，技术文件资料等方面提出了控制要求，为了实现热处理全面质量控制，提高热处理质量，本文阐述了热处理改造的新技术和措施建议。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the importance of heat treatment quality control.It also contains the detail items that should be emphasized to be qualified for the certification of ISO 9000 series standards.Furthermore,control requirements are put forward on personnel quality,work environment,equipment and device,technological material and quenching medium,heat treatment process,technical document and specification etc.To help the complete realization of quality control of heat treatment,this paper also introduces some new techniques and gives some methods and suggestions for heat treatment improvement. |
