摘    要:水镁石是一种主要成分为氢氧化镁的工业矿物,经过超细粉碎加工后可用作低烟、无毒的阻燃填料。本文采用介质搅拌磨对水镁石进行了湿式超细粉碎实验室和工业试验研究,研究了助磨剂种类及用量、矿浆浓度、转子转速等因素对产品粒度的影响。结果得出,水镁石的最佳湿式超细粉碎条件为:助磨剂三乙醇胺,用量0 5%;矿浆浓度40%(质量分数);0 8~1 8mm氧化锆球作研磨介质;转子转速为1350r/min。采用上述最佳工艺条件在工业试验中制取了d50=0 78μm、d97=2 29μm的超细氢氧化镁阻燃填料。

Abstract:Brucite is an industrial mineral containing magnesium hydroxide which can be used as a less smoke and no-toxic fire-retardant after being fine-ground.The experimental research and commercial trials on super-fine grinding of brucite powder has been made with ball-stirring mill.The effects of grinding aids and its dosage,slurry concentration,rotation speed and grinding time on the particle size of products have been studied.The results show that the best grinding aids is triethanolamine with a dosage of 0.5%(wt),and the optimal processing parameters are slurry concentration of 40%(wt),0.8~1.6mm ceramic balls of zirconium oxide as grinding medium and rotation speed of 1350r/min.In commercial trials,super-fine magnesium hydroxide filler with d_(50)=0.78μm and d_(97)=2.29μm has been obtained from brucite with above-mentioned processing parameters.
