| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the necessity and possiblity of developing the high performance coal waste fly-ash concrete at coal indutry city from the situation and policy and the technical performance.It points out that to develop the coal waste and fly-ash concrete conform the related industial policy of demoestic resource＇s sustainable development and waste utilization.The domestic building materials＇s sustainable development is also promoted by it. |
