| Abstract: | Discusses the effect of cooling system on vacuum pump system especially the selection of interstage cooling scheme. It is revealed theoretically through an example that a systematic solution should be given to the design of vacuum system with pump selection considered to ensure its safe and high-efficiency operation. |
