摘    要:以1-氯-1-氯乙酰基环丙烷为起始原料经格式反应、缩合反应、硫的亲电加成反应合成了目标产物丙硫菌唑,缩合反应中用水代替DMF做溶剂,提高了产率,节约了成本.丙硫菌唑的总收率31.1%,含量99.3%.产物经1H NMR、MS进行了表征.

Abstract:Prothioconazole was synthesized from 1-chloro-1-chloro-acetyl-cyclopropane via Grignard reaction, con- densation and electrophilic addition of sulphur powder. The yield was increased and the cost was reduced while water was used as solvent instead of absolute DMF in the condensation. The total yield of prothioconazole was 31.1%, and the content was 99.3%. The products were determined by 1H NMR and MS.
