摘    要:煤的燃烧不完全是导致新型干法水泥窑尾系统粘结堵塞的重要原因之一.本文就其作用机理进行了研究和讨论.研究表明:煤的不完全燃烧对系统有降低过渡液相温度、提高硫的挥发率与循环量并产生局部高温从而促进结皮与粘结堵塞产生的作用.

Abstract:One of the important reasons is the incomplete combustion of coal in new dry cement kiln system. In this paper,its mechanism was studied and discussed.It shows that the incomplete combustion of coal can decrease the temperature of the transient liquid phase on the system,increase the evaporation rate and the sulfur cycle and generate high local temperature so as to promote the crust bonding and plug effect.
