综放工作面采放系统设备能力的合理配套

摘    要:综放工作面采放设备能力的合理配套,能充分发挥综采设备的生产能力提高采煤机开机率和工作面单产,在现场实测数据基础上,以综放工作面采放工序最大限度平行作业为准则,建立了双输送机综放工作面前后部刮板输送机的能力配套计算方法,并确定了相应的计算参数,计算结果表明影响综放工作面前后刮板输送机能力配套的主要因素是综荼面采放高度比。

Abstract:The rational equipment matching of coal cutting and caving system in fully mechanized sub level caving coal face can make fully use of the capability of equipment, increase the operating rate of capacity and monthly production. Based on the data measured in site, the calculation method of the capacity matching between the front and the rear scraper conveyors is established, and the calculation parameters are determined by the principle of maximum parallel operation in mining and caving processing. The calculating result shows that the main influence factor of the capacity matching between the front and the rear scraper conveyors in the working face is the ratio of the mining and caving height.
