瞬时频率方差检测器的实际性能分析

摘    要:瞬时频率方差检测器(VIFD)是一种以瞬时频率方差为检验统计量的窄带信号检测器,在水声信号检测中有广泛的应用。在应用中,信噪比、采样频率、自适应滤波器带宽,以及信号采样数据的正负不对称等因素均对VIFD的性能产生影响,很难把握该检测器的性能规律。通过分析和计算机仿真验证,明确了除信噪比外,采样频率、Notch滤波器带宽以及信号采样的偏移均会影响VIFD的输出方差幅度,后两者同时能够影响VIFD的抗通道串漏能力。总结了这些因素对VIFD性能影响的方式和规律,对于VIFD的最佳应用具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:Variance-of-instantaneous-frequency detector(VIFD for short) is a narrow band signal detector which treats the variance of the instantaneous frequency as a statistic of test.It is widely used for signal detection in underwater acoustic channels.In practical applications,many factors affect the performance of VIFD,and it is hard to master the regularity.The paper makes it clear that besides SNR,the sampling frequency,the bandwidth of the Notch filter,and the asymmetry of sampling data can all affect the amplitude response of VIFD,and the later two factors can also affect its crosstalk resistant ability.The paper summarizes the way and the regularity how these factors affect VIFD,and gives a direction of using VIFD in a best way.
