镀锌层烷氧基硅烷钝化处理工艺研究

摘    要:研制了以烷氧基硅烷为主要成分的镀锌层钝化液,通过中性盐雾试验、盐水浸泡试验,研究了烷氧基硅烷钝化工艺对钝化膜耐蚀性的影响。结果表明,该处理工艺简单、成本较低,镀锌板经过烷氧基硅烷钝化液处理后,耐蚀性明显提高。

Abstract:The galvanized iron was treated by a passivation process with alkoxysilane as the main component of the the passivation solution.Some analysis methods,such as neuter salt spray and brine soek experiments,were employed to characterize the effect of passivation parameters on the corrosion-resistance of the passivation layer.The results show that the process is very simple and of low cost,and the corrosion-resistance is improved greatly when after the passivation treatment.
