| 摘 要： | 为推进社会主义新农村建设,湖北省委、省政府决定2006年在全省启动"百镇千村"示范工程建设,即在全省范围内挑选具有明显区位、交通、经济优势和潜力的100个重点镇和1000个示范村,作为全省农村建设的示范工程来抓,通过两到三年的建设,让这100个重点镇和1000个示范村的建设真正起到示范带动、典型引路的作用,以此稳步推进城镇化进程,
