模糊自适应PID控制的异步电动机软启动器的研究

摘    要:针对异步电动机直接启动过程中存在的问题,研究了一种基于模糊自适应PID控制的异步电动机转矩斜坡启动方式.通过异步电动机恒转矩负载机械特性的分析,推导出了转矩斜坡启动方式的数学模型.利用Matlab软件中的电气系统模块库和模糊逻辑工具箱,建立了基于模糊自适应PID控制的异步电机软启动系统的仿真模型,并进行了仿真.仿真结果表明恒转矩负载下模糊自适应PID控制的转矩斜坡软启动方式正确有效,可以有效地减小启动过程中对电网的冲击,降低了对拖动系统的不利影响,同时启动过程平稳.
