| Abstract: | In the 21st century, Qinghai Province has to connect water resources construction closely with social, economic development and eco-environment construction basing on practice. With the strategy of development of the west as a core, it should also strengthen optimal distribution of water resources, speed up water infrastructure construction and constantly improve service capacity of water resources. |
