珠江水资源与西部大开发

珠江水资源总量丰富，但时空分布不均，水旱灾害严重，防洪、水资源、生态环境及水污染问题突出。当前要以国家实施西部大开发战略为契机，结合西部地区水资源与江河的特点，从可持续发展的战略高度，加快防洪工程建设、水源工程建设和水土保持治理，促进西部地区的发展。

Water resources in the Pearl River Basin is rich in total amount but is unevenly distributed. Flood and drought disasters frequently occur and issues of flood, water resources, eco-environment and water pollution stands out. Yunnan Province, Guizhou Province, Guangxi Zhuangzu Autonomous Region are listed as part of west China. At the moment, In terms of sustainable development and in line with features of water resources and rivers in western area, priorities should be given to flood control projects construction, water source project construction and water and soil conservation to promote the development of western China with the implementation of strategy of developing the west as an opportunity.
