| 摘 要： | 针对海外工程的特点,论述了优化现场管理的基本原则和主要内容,提出了适用于海外项目现场管理的科学有效的途径和基本方法。总结出现场管理是施工企业生产经营活动的基础,最能体现企业的整体管理水平的高低,要想把企业的管理水平搞上去,优化施工现场管理是一条必由之路。

| Abstract: | Based on characteristics of overseas projects,this article discusses basic principle and main content of site management optimization,and gives a scientific and efficient method and basic way applicable to overseas project site management.It is concluded that site management is the basis for manufacturing and operation activities of a construction company,embodying the overall level of management for an enterprise,whichever wants to improve its management,it must optimize its construction site management. |
