Abstract:Fe2+ coordinating with H2O2/O3 has been used for the oxidation treatment of dimethyl phthalate(DMP) in water.The research indicates that the presence of Fe2+ eliminates the inhibition of H2O2 on O3 and an increases of 31.75% of the removal rate of DMP by H2O2/O3 is obtained.When the mass concentration of DMP is 50 mg/L,initial pH 10,H2O2 dosage 0.049 mol/L,O3 dosage 1.82 g/h,Fe2+ dosage 0.72 mmol/L,and reaction time 45 min,the removal rate of DMP by Fe2+-H2O2/O3 system can reach 69.67%.HCOO-and HCO3-may hav...
