减压深拔技术在常减压装置中的应用

摘    要:为解决减压渣油后路问题,九江分公司实行减压深拔技术。减压装置拔出率主要受减压塔进料段的油气分压与温度、减压塔内的结焦、进料段雾沫夹带量的影响。减压炉炉管采用逐级扩径的设计.采取转油线本身也吸收部分热胀量的方案,使用1.0MPa蒸汽抽空器,减压塔采用槽式液体分布器及规整填料技术,减四线油南泵抽出后送入减压炉入口循环.操作时,保持塔顶高真空度,提高闪蒸段温度,减压炉炉管适当注汽,减压塔底渣油温度控制在359—362℃.洗涤油流量控制在55~60t/h。实行减压深拨后,装置能耗无大幅变化.产生经济效益达1111.78万元。

Abstract:In order to find an outlet for the vacuum residue from its crude oil distillation unit,Sinopec Jiujiang Company introduced the vacuum distillation deep cut technology in the unit.The extraction rate of a vacuum unit mainly depends on the differential pressure and temperature of oil and gas in the feeder section of the vacuum column ,the coking in the vacuum column and the volume of entrainment in the feeder section.The furnace tube of the vacuum furnace in Sinopec Jiujiang Company adopts a progressive hole enlargement design and the vacuum transfer line itself also absorbs part of thermal expansion.A 1.0MPa vacuum jet is used;the vacuum column uses a profiled-slot liquid distributor and structured packing technology.Heavy vacuum gas oil (HVGO) is pumped to the vacuum furnace for circulation.During operation,a high degree of vacuum is maintained at the top of the vacuum column to raise the temperature in the flash section.A proper amount of steam is injected into the tube of the vacuum furnace.The temperature at the bottom of the vacuum column is maintained at 359-362℃ and the flow rate of flushing oil is kept at 55-60t/h.After these treatments,the energy consumption of the unit did not change significantly and economic returns on these treatments reached 11.1178 million yuan.
