摘    要:利用水平Bridgman定向凝固装置,对ZA35-0.3Sr合金进行定向凝固实验,研究冷却速率对ZA35-0.3Sr合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明:在牵引速率为200μm/s条件下,定向凝固ZA35-0.3Sr合金组织由枝晶向等轴晶转变,晶粒细化效果显著,当载荷为120 N,合金磨损率最低,为0.014 9 g/(s·m2);牵引速率增大,合金硬度先升高后下降,牵引速率为200μm/s,合金硬度最大,为132HB。

Abstract:ZA35-0.3Sr alloy was fabricated by using horizontal Bridgman directional solidification equipment. The effects of cooling rate on the microstructure and properties of ZA35-0.3Sr alloy were studied. The results show that when the traction rate is 200 μm/s,the microstructure of directional solidified ZA35-0.3Sr alloy transforms from dendrite to equiaxed crystalline,and the effect of grain refinement is significant. The hardness of alloy firstly increases and then decreases with the increase of traction rate. The hardness of alloy reaches the maximum of 132HB when the traction rate is 200 μm/s. The lowest wear rate of alloy is 0.014 9 g/(s·m2)when the load is 120 N and traction rate is 200 μm/s.
