摘 要: | 为获取高性能药型罩材料,采用铜模水淬制备W-Cu-Zr六元非晶合金。该非晶合金以Cu-Zr-Ni系铜基非晶为母合金,添加钨、钽、硼、锆、镍等元素,并根据各元素原子半径、密度、熔点、沸点,确定出最佳配比组合。结果表明:采用此材料制得?10 mm×50 mm圆柱形试样的抗拉强度为1 820 MPa,伸长率为16.5%,断裂强度达2 030 MPa,综合性能优越,用于药型罩材料有利于提高侵彻威力。

Abstract: | In order to obtain high performance liner material,W-Cu-Zr amorphous alloys with six elements were prepared by copper-formed mold water quenching method. W-Cu-Zr amorphous alloy was based on Cu-Zr-Ni amorphous alloy,adding tungsten,tantalum,boron,zirconium,nickel and other elements. The best combination ratio was determined on the atomic radius of each element,density,melting point,boiling point. Cylindrical specimen ?10 mm×50 mm was made of the obtained material,the tensile strength,elongation and the fracture strength is 1 820 MPa,16.5% and 2 030 MPa,respectively. The liner with this material can improve the penetration ability,due to its superior comprehensive performance. |
