X65级管线钢板焊接性能研究

摘    要:利用Gleeble 3500热模拟试验机及相变仪,建立了X65级管线钢板的焊缝热影响区连续冷却转变曲线——SH-CCT曲线,用于研究其焊接性能.按照建立的SH-CCT曲线合理选择焊接工艺,进行厚度为10 mm的X65级管线钢板CO2气体保护焊接,对焊接接头进行了硬度、拉伸及冲击等试验.借助金相显微镜,观察分析了不同冷却速度下的显微组织和焊接接头不同部位的显微组织.结果表明,根据建立SH-CCT曲线所选择的CO2气体保护焊接工艺是合理的,焊接接头具有良好的显微组织和综合性能.

Abstract:With the advantage of Gleeble 3500 heat simulation tester and phase change machine,SH-CCT curve(continuous cooling traverse curve)of X65 steel plate weld HAZ is established for research its weld-abilities.According to SH-CCT curve,the reasonable weld procedure shall be confirmed to conduct CO2 gas shield weld for X65 steel with 10 mm thickness and tests such as hardness,tensile and impact shall be conducted on weld joints.With the help of metal graphic microscope,micro-structure of different section of weld joint under different temperature shall be observed.The results show that the weld procedure is reasonable and confirmed by SH-CCT curve,and weld joints owns good micro-structure and apprehensive properties of weld joint is better.
