| 摘 要： | 实时且可靠的信息数据是轮胎制造企业进行信息化改造及实施ERP的基础。基于轮胎制造企业中管理与生产环节中现存的信息化孤岛现象，分析了在IVIES平台下的数据通信特性，设计了一套网络数据交换系统（DES），并以其在某轮胎企业生产过程中的实际应用，提升了信息的并行传达的速度和质量，提高了企业的运作效率。

| Abstract: | Real- time and reliable data information is the key to ERP in tire enterprises. Based on analyzing the characteristics of data communication under the platform of a load tire plant, it introduces a network DES framework according to the existing phenomenon of information isolation between management and manufac- turing. The system has been applied in the tire manufacturing process and upgraded the information transmit- ting in IVIES. Results show that the system can enhance the operation efficiency. |
