| 摘 要： | 借助于IDEFo（Integrated ComputerAided Manufacturing Define）方法和IDEF1x方法，分析并构建了柔性制造系统（FMS）的功能模型和系统信息模型，并在此基础上建立了FMS递阶分布式模型。采用IDEF方法对FMS进行设计能够满足FMS复杂分析设计要求。
