摘    要:15MPa低压氨合成技术在山西兰花田悦18万t/a氨合成系统中成功运用,项目建设只需引进氨合成塔内件和废热锅炉,合成回路流程合理、氨净值高、系统阻力降小、操作手段灵活,系统设置氨氨换热器回收冷量,采用塔后分氨,能量回收利用好、能耗低,属于低能耗、低压氨合成工艺。

Abstract:15 MPa low-pressure ammonia synthesis technology of 180,000 tons ammonia synthesis system was applied successfully in Shanxi Lanhua Tianyue,which only need to introduce the ammonia synthesis converter insert and waste heat boiler.Such a low-pressure ammonia synthesis technology was low-energy consumption because of the proper loop,high net ammonia,low pressure drop,flexible operation,ammonia-ammonia heat exchanger to recover the cooling duty and ammonia separation after the converter.
