摘    要:碳化硼(B4C)具有高硬度、高熔点、低密度、高耐磨性等优良性能和广阔的应用前景.综述了无压浸渗工艺的国内外研究现状以及顺利完成此工艺的前提.详细归纳总结了采用无压浸渗工艺制备B4C/Al复合材料的各道工序,并展望了其发展方向.

Abstract:Boron carbide has many potential applications because of its special properties, such as high melting point,high hardness,high wear resistance and low density. The current status of pressureless infiltration technique at home and abroad is reviewed. Two premises of this technique are also summarized in this paper. Some main processes of pressureless infiltration technology are presented in detail, and development trends of this technology are also forecasted.
