城市管道排水与河道排涝设计标准的关系

摘    要:在我国城市排水规划和设计中,由于管道排水与河道排涝调蓄能力的不同,暴雨资料的选样方法和设计暴雨的历时均存在一定差异,致使城市管道排水与河道排涝设计标准之间常常难以衔接。为此,以南京市的雨量资料为研究对象,采用新颖的研究思路,得出了不同选样方法与设计暴雨重现期之间的定量关系。该方法解决了管道排水与河道排涝设计重现期之间不衔接的问题,为城市排水规划中设计标准的确定提供了参考依据。

Abstract:In urban drainage plan and design of China, the design standard of urban pipe drainage is usually not in accord with that of river drainage because there is a difference of sampling methods of storm data and design duration between the two design standards due to different regulation and storage ability of pipe and river. For this reason, taking the rainfall data in Nanjing City as research object, a new research idea was used to quantificationally establish the relationship of the return period of design storm between different sampling methods, which can help to solve the above problem well, and provide a useful reference for deciding suitable design standard in urban drainage plan.
