摘    要:为预测750 kW风力发电机增速齿轮箱的动态特性,在Romax环境下对其进行多体动力学虚拟样机建模,在考虑传动轴、箱体及轴承柔性变形的基础上,通过Romax Dynamics模块对增速箱整机进行模态分析与振动特性分析.仿真结果表明,行星架一阶模态是整机振动的主要来源,改善行星轮系的均载状况和调整箱体支撑结构可有效降低整机振动幅度.

Abstract:A method for modeling virtual prototype of a wind turbine's gearbox is proposed with Romax Designer software.Some shafts,bearings and gears are regarded as rigid bodies and flexible bodies,such as the gearbox,torque arm and internal gear,which are modeling by finite elements.A hybrid virtual prototype with rigid and flexible bodies is used to simulate and analyze dynamics behaviors of the whole wind turbine's gearbox.The results show that the strength of each part of the gearbox is strong enough and the main vibration and noises are excited by the first modal of planetary geartrain.
