| Abstract: | Steel sleeve is used as an attachment for shield arrival in a left tunnel of one Tianjin metro station.An earth pressure balance(EPB) shield is used in this tunnel construction.Installation of the steel sleeve and shield arrival project are introduced based on the engineering practice.The risk of water and sand leakage is avoided by the steel sleeve attachment application in shield arrival. |
