微波场协同提取远志皂甙的研究

摘    要:
以95%乙醇为溶剂,进行了微波场协同提取远志皂甙的研究,得到了微波场协同提取远志皂甙的最佳工艺条件:m(溶剂)/m(远志粉)=18,t=10min,微波功率300W提取2次。将提取液真空浓缩后,用丙酮-乙醚混合液沉析,生成淡黄色沉淀,过滤,沉淀真空干燥,即得远志皂甙粗产品,产率6.34%。与直接加热提取法进行了比较,结果表明微波场协同提取能大大缩短提取时间,并能提高远志皂甙产率。

Abstract:
Using 95% ethanol as solvent, onjisaponins was extracted with assistance of microwave field. The optimal technology conditions were obtained as follows. Extract 2 times with assistance of microwave field ( mass ratio of water to material 18:1, time 10min,microwave power 300W). Concentrate the filtrate under vacuum and add the mixture of ether and acetone to deposit. Crude product of onjisaponins is obtained in 6.34% yield after the deposition dried under vacuum. Compared with direct-heating extraction, microwave field-assisted extraction can shorten extracting duration and improve yield of onjisaponins.
