摘    要:在摩擦磨损试验机上研究了Cr25Ni20不锈钢在H2O2介质中的摩擦行为.采用正交试验方案,探讨了转速、载荷和介质浓度等因素对腐蚀磨损量的影响,进而确定了对应最小磨损量时的较优方案.结果表明:不锈钢在H2O2介质中的磨损量随转速和载荷的增加而呈上升趋势,其中转速的影响最大,而H2O2体积分数对不锈钢的磨损量没有太大的影响.

Abstract:The tribological properties of Cr25Ni20 stainless steel in corrosive media of H2O2 were investigated in friction and wear tester.The effect of rotating speed,load and corrosive media concentration on the amount of corrosive wear was discussed by orthogonal test.The results show that the amount of corrosive wear of Cr25Ni20 stainless steel in corrosive media increases with the increase of rotating speed and load.The rotating speed has the most influence on the corrosive wear,and the influence of medium conce...
