摘    要:基于国产吐丝机的头部定位控制系统,实时检测吐丝机吐丝管口位置、线材速度等参数,通过算法对系统飞剪和吐丝机进行联合控制,并根据线材的规格完成自适应控制功能。应用结果表明,该控制系统达到设计要求,产生了较好的经济效益。

Abstract:A head positioning control system based on domestic laying head is introduced. Opening position of laying head nozzle and wire velocity were measured in realtime. Through algorithm, flying shear and laying head were unitedly controlled. Adaptive control function was achieved according to specification of wire. Application results show that the control system reaches design requirement and good economic benefit is obtained.
