摘    要:
结合工件加工精度要求,以力学理论为指导,在现有机床的基础上,对主轴轴系的受力和变形状态进行力学分析和计算,并进行了优化设计,使轴系结构更趋合理化,从而进一步降低影响主轴回转精度的不利因素,使机床的加工精度得到显著提高,为改进和完善机械结构提供了一种思路,满足了生产的实际需求。
