| 摘 要： | 基于西门子840D数控系统的功能特点,将其成功应用于MIKRON G300磨齿机控制系统的升级改造.详细阐述了改造方案中控制系统的硬件结构、磨齿机轴的改造配置及关键软件技术,并设计出专用的人机界面,具有很好的使用效果.
