摘    要:为控制结晶器保护渣结晶性能,采用热丝法构建保护渣的CCT与TTT曲线,以探讨Al2O3含量对其结晶性能的影响规律.结果表明,随Al2O3增加,保护渣临界冷却速度减小,结晶能力减弱.

Abstract:To control the crystallization properties of mold fluxes,the influence of the Al2O3 content(mass%) on the crystallization properties of mold fluxes was obtained by constructing the CCT and the TTT diagram using SHTT.The results show that with the increase of the Al2O3 content,the critical cooling rate of mold fluxes was decreased that had a negative effect on the crystallization properties of mold fluxes.
