摘    要:轻钢龙骨轻质板材墙体及吊顶开裂是由于板材的缩胀、系统内应力等造成的,对此,可有针对性地选择高强度、变形度小和均质均厚的板材,并选择与板材相适应的、结合后强度尽可能高且性能稳定的厚的板材,并选择与板材相适应的、结合后强度尽可能高且性能稳定的嵌缝粉,以及直线度、强度、刚度较高的龙骨,施工时采用支撑卡等措施,以减小内应力。

Abstract:Finish crack of lightgage steel joist - lightweight panel for partition and suspended ceiling system is caused by shrinkage and expansion of panel and internal stress variation of the system. To overcome the problem particular measures shall be taken such as selecting high strength, less deformation panel with uniform density and thickness. High strength caulking compound with stable characteristics suitable for the panel shall be selected. In addition, steel joist with high straightness, high strength and high rigidity is preferred. Special measure such as bracing piece shall be taken to decrease internal stress.
