快速原型制造中小区域数据处理方法研究

摘    要:
深入研究了快速原型加工层面中局部小区域数据给原型加工带来的局部过烧问题,分析了小面域边界补偿后扫描路径重叠的几何特性,充分论证了过烧区域判别的必要性。针对小区域加工时带来的问题,以适当加大小区域表面积,减少扫描路径重叠为原则,提出了一种可行的补救方案。目前该方案已在开发的数据处理软件中应用,运行结果良好。

Abstract:
The problem is deep into studied that bring of the small region data processing in rapid prototyping manufacture. The necessity of distinguish the over burning regions is dis-cussed. The neglect of the small region scanning can produce the throwing of small characteristic of the prototype piece. If the small region proceeds to bum, then the prototype piece may break for lack of bond strength between layers. Based on appropriate enlarging the small district area to reduce the small region to burn excessively, a viable remedy method is put forth and the application of the new method is efficient.
