我国西部煤炭发展空间和布局研究

摘    要:本文在总结西部煤炭产业取得成就、存在问题和分析发展环境的基础上,运用能源消费弹性系数法、主要耗煤行业法预测了全国煤炭需求,运用排产法确定了西部之外其他省区产量,进而提出西部煤炭发展空间,从煤炭生产、煤炭消费和煤炭外运以及淘汰报废、煤矿建设等方面对西部煤炭布局进行了详细研究。结果表明,西部煤炭开发潜力巨大但受市场约束,煤炭开发布局继续加速西部,西部是我国煤炭工业的未来,需要推动西部煤炭发展从数量速度型向质量效益型转变。

Abstract:Based on summarizing the achievements, problems and analysis of the western coal industry development environment, this article is used energy consumption elasticity coefficient method and the main consumption of coal industry method forecast the national coal demand, using the scheduling method to determine the other western provinces coal production output, thus put forward the spatial development of the western coal. After a detailed study of the western coal from the layout of coal production, coal consumption and coal transport and elimination, coal mine construction etc.. The result shows that the western coal development potential but due to market constraints, coal development continues to accelerate the layout of the west, the west is the hope of coal industry in the future, need to promote the transformation of coal development from quantity speed to quality benefit type in Western China.
