| 摘 要： | 阐述了一种磨床由继电控制改为PLC控制的缘由。根据控制系统设计理念，提出了主电路、控制电路的设计方案。通过对比改造前与改造后的电路图及运行结果，阐明了PLC改造的优势。给出了完整的梯形图。
