步进电动机矩频特性测试方法研究

摘    要:系统研究开发出了一套完整的步进电动机矩频特性测试试验系统.采用了基于PLC控制的磁滞制动器和扭矩传感器搭建了系统的硬件平台和软件设计,采用工控机作为测试结果的处理和显示,实现了自动控制和自动测试的电机矩频特性测试系统.试验结果表明,本系统运行稳定,测试精度高,高达0.005Nm的分辨率.该系统表明可以很好地进行步进电动机的矩频特性测试.

Abstract:A complete stepper motor torque-frequency characteristics test system was developed.By using hysteresis brake and torque sensor based on PLC control to built hardware platform and software design,and IPC to process and display the test results,automatic control and automatic test of the motor torque-frequency characteristics test system were achieved.The results show that the system is stable running and has high precision,the resolution is up to 0.005 Nm.The system is good in application to the stepper motor torque-frequency characteristics test.
