基于单片机的织机通用计长装置研究

Study on a General Electronic Length Counter Designed for Loom

The structure,theory and application of general electronic length counter was introduced.The length was measured by counting the number of weft,and the result with weft density was given.Scope of weft density can be 1~65535.Hardware is composed of 8-bit microcontroller as main control unit,the hall sensor to get the beating-up signal,and the key and LCD to exchange information,and RTC chip provides time signal,on this base the time efficiency can be countered.The counter is cost-effective,simple to use,suitable to kinds of loom and can measures the length of weft rib,double and multi-layer fabrics exactly.
