摘    要:在分析辐射平衡各分量的基础上提出在计算直接辐射的同时,考虑地面温度对有效辐射的影响和初始土壤湿度对蒸发潜热的影响,以及用地面温差计算热容量等因素,分析了计算土壤热容量的物理方程,在此基础上提出利用初始土壤湿度、地面平均温度和地面温差计算土壤湿度的卫星遥感地面响应的统计模型,为了解土壤理化性质,维护和改善土壤生态环境的平衡及决策部门作出抗旱、减灾的决策提供了客观、科学的依据。

Abstract:The text put forward to calculate direct radiant at one time to consider the influence of the ground temperature for efficiency radiation and original soil humidity for evaporation latent, as well as, it analyses to calculate the physics equation of soil thermal capacity by the ground difference in temperature calculation the factor of thermal capacity. On the base of to put forward the statistical model of satellite monitor ground response by original soil humidity, the ground average temperature and the ground difference in temperature calculation soil moisture for understanding character of physics and chemistry, protecting and improving the balance of soil environment, and for make policy the section make an anti-drougth, the decision that reduce disaster provide objective, the basis of science.
