气阀在不同工况下的性能

摘    要:针对石油化工企业中存在的只考虑装配尺寸,而将同一类气阀用于不同岗位、压缩不同气体但阀腔装配尺寸相同的压缩机上的现象,通过分析和计算对气阀在不同工况下的性能进行了研究,并以南方某炼油厂两台分别压缩氮气和氢气的不同压缩机使用相同的气阀为例,考察其气阀性能,并利用计算机程序给出阀片运动规律h-θ及速度变化规律曲线。

Abstract:Only thinking of the installation size, use the same valves in the different compressors whose oprating modes or mediums are distinct, in view of this situation exists in some petro-chemical enterprises, motion pattern and velocity pattern of valves has been studied in terms of theoretical anylasis and digital caculation. Taking two compressors of NZ and HZ used in a refinety in south China for example, the perfomance of these valaes has been checked, the motion pattern curves h--8 and velocity pattern curves dh/de-o of valve plates has been given with the aid of computing program in this article.
