摘    要:研究了以硅粉、铝粉和刚玉粉为原料 ,通过对其表面作保护性处理 ,在 130 0℃的常压流动N2 氮气中合成了 β -Sialon/刚玉复相粉体材料。产物通过X射线衍射 (XRD)、扫描电镜 (SEM)和能谱 (EDS)分析 ,主晶相为 β-Sialon包覆的刚玉相 ,其显微形貌为板状和纤维状 ,此外 ,还有少量的 β -Si3 N4和α-Si3 N4。

Abstract:Through the surfaces of the raw materials which were silicon powder, aluminum powder and corundum powder were protected, the making of Sialon-corundum composite powder material at 1300℃ by pressureless sintering with the raw materials in flowing nitrogen was studied. The product was analyzed through XRD,SEM and EDS and revealed that the main phase in the sample is corundum packed with β-Sialon. SEM studies revealed that the microstructure feature of β-Sialon was of plant-like and fibre-like. In addition, a small amount of β-Si 3N 4 and α-Si 3N 4 existed in the sample.
