| 摘 要： | 在对 CDMA蜂房移动通信系统短消息中心进行研究的基础上 ,对通过短信息的格式传输静态数字图象的可行性作了探讨。在静态数字图象的压缩和编码过程中 ,采用 JPEG压缩和基于小波分解与分形编码混合的图象压缩编码方法。

| Abstract: | In this paper,after the research of the short message center,a transimission methed of the static digital image by the short message of the CDMA mobile cellular telecommunications system is presented.During the procedure of the static digital image compression,we use the algorithm of JPEG and wavelet transform and fractal code. |
